Bonjour Théo,
Pour que ABNC soit un parallélogramme, les vecteurs AC et BN (penser à mettre les flèches) doivent être égaux.
Trouve alors les coordonnées du vecteur AC (tu as les formules dans ton cours), fais de même pour le vecteur BN, sauf que tu ne connais pas les coordonnées de N; pense à prendre des lettres, par exemple N(x ; y).
Tu obtiendras alors deux équations (une avec x et l'autre avec y) car les abscisses des 2 vecteurs sont égaux, de même pour les ordonnées.
Bon courage et à bientôt.
SOS-math.

Bonjour Mathieu,
(a - b) ² = a² -2ab + b²
donc (2,5 - a)² = 2,5² - 2 * 2,5 *a + a² = 6,25-5a + a² car 2*2,5 = 5

Oui apres cela donne
30,25-5a+a² = 18,25+3a+a² mais je ne sais pas quoi faire ensuite

Les a² se simplifient.
alors 30,25 - 18.25 = 3a + 5a donc 8a = ... Ainsi tu trouves a.
Bonne continuation et à demain si tu as encore besoin d'aide.

sos-math(21) a écrit :Bonjour,
d'après les post précédents, tu as
\(BA^2=20\) ; \(BM^2=4+(2,5-a)^2\) et \(AM^2=16+(a+1,5)^2\).
L'identité de Pythagore mène à \(BA^2+BM^2=AM^2\).
Donc cela donne : \(20 + 4+(2,5-a)^2 = 16+(a+1,5)^2\) soit \(24+6,25-5a+a^2=16+...\) : je te laisse développer le deuxième carré et tu dois avoir un \(a^2\) de chaque côté, ils s'éliminent donc.
Je te laisse poursuivre

Tu simplifies par a²

D'après ton précédent message, tu as trouvé 30,25 - 5a = 18,25 + 3a
ainsi 30,25 = 18,25 + 3a + 5a
d'où 30,25 - 18,25 = 3a + 5a
donc 12 = 8a
A toi de trouver a.
